万斯：美伊谈判有进展 但无法透露细节
美国副总统万斯当地时间5月13日表示，美国与伊朗的谈判“正在取得进展”，但“非常敏感”，因此他不能透露细节。万斯强调，目前谈判的根本问题在于，是否能满足特朗普总统划定的“红线”要求——也就是伊朗绝不能拥有核武器。
