5月13日，近期绿电概念反复走强，韶能股份（000601.SZ）2连板，此前中材节能（603126.SH）一字涨停，大唐发电（601991.SH）、晋控电力（000767.SZ）、太阳能、京能电力（600578.SH）跟涨。
消息面上，国家能源局等四部门联合印发《关于促进人工智能与能源双向赋能的行动方案》，明确提出要“促进能源、算力、场景、数据、模型等要素高效协同”，构建“算力、电力深度融合的算电协同发展机制”。
