中国中冶(601618)5月8日公告，近日，陈建光因工作调整，请求辞去公司董事长、执行董事及董事会战略委员会召集人和提名委员会委员职务，辞职后陈建光不再担任公司任何职务。5月8日，公司召开董事会会议，同意选举李仲泽为董事长。
