5月7日，中国中冶（601618/01618）发布公告，截至2026年4月30日，公司已回购A股5028万股，占总股本的0.2426%，回购金额为1.6亿元，回购价格区间为3.01元/股至3.25元/股。
同时，截至2026年4月30日，公司已回购H股1964万股，占总股本的0.0948%，成交金额为3672万港元，回购价格区间为1.8港元/股至1.94港元/股。
2026年一季度，中国中冶实现收入922.04亿元，归母净利润16.33亿元。
