财联社1月30日电，恒隆集团在港交所公告，截至2025年12月31日止年度，集团总收入较去年下跌11%至港币104.14亿元，跌幅主要由物业销售收入下降83%至港币2.64亿元所致。股东应占基本纯利上升3%至港币24.07亿元。每股基本盈利为港币1.77元。公司董事会建议以现金派发2025年度末期股息，每股港币6角5仙。
