禅城东平云谷又有新进展！
日前，禅城区政府网站发布了1号和2号征地预公告，涉及东平云谷16/17号地块部分。
其中，16号地块拟征地面积约1.5097万㎡，征地范围位于江滨路北侧、沙岗涌东侧；
17号地块拟征地面积约3.3313万㎡，位于江滨路北侧、沙岗涌东侧、支37路西侧。
从地图上看，拟征收的两宗地块均位于禅城东平云谷，靠近禅城城建的商住项目。
