财联社1月13日电，《广州市关于“十五五”时期全链条推动集成电路产业高质量发展的若干政策（征求意见稿）》 公开征求意见。其中提到，着眼补齐产业链短板，集聚发展光掩膜、光刻胶、电子气体、高纯靶材、大硅片等制造材料生产线及其产业上下游，培育光刻、刻蚀、离子注入、沉积、清洗、检测设备等制造设备龙头企业。
