格隆汇11月19日丨太平洋酒吧(08432.HK)公告，于2025年11月18日，公司间接拥有95%权益的附属公司太平洋酒吧作为租户与业主Jade Land Resources就有关物业订立租赁协议，固定租期为期两年追溯自2025年1月1日至2026年12月31日(包括首尾两天)为期两年。
