10月17日，有网友发布长文称，自己因不愿陪酒遭刘奕畅等演员滋事殴打致头部两处骨折。据南都娱乐报道，刘奕畅本人因此事已被关入看守所，涉及艺人刘奕畅的部分，目前已移送至人民法院等待刑庭排庭审判，其他同案人员取保候审中。
