记者从北京市交通委了解到，目前清河流域水位已明显上涨，为保障过往群众出行安全，经交通部门综合研判，拟定于7月28日20时对苇沟大桥采取封闭交通措施，请过往群众绕行京密路、机场高速和机场第二高速通行。
