人民财讯7月3日电，道氏技术(300409)7月3日晚间公告，为进一步推进公司在刚果（金）的产业布局，公司拟以控股子公司香港佳纳有限公司作为投资主体，在刚果（金）投资设立项目运营公司Dowstone Copper Mining，投资建设年产30kt阴极铜湿法冶炼厂项目。项目投资总额预计不超过1.65亿美元，折合人民币约11.83亿元。
