金融界5月20日消息，2025年5月20日公告，省投集团将全资子公司省高新投持有的九华旅游1,626.73万股股份（占总股本14.70%）无偿划转至自身，变动后省投集团直接持有九华旅游14.70%的股份，实际控制人仍为池州市国资委。本次权益变动已经省投集团批准，并抄报安徽省国资委 。
