人民财讯4月9日电，基石药业在港交所公告，公司首席执行官、研发总裁兼执行董事杨建新于2025年4月2日至7日以其自有资金在公开市场上购买合共56万股公司股份，每股买入价格介乎港币2.26至港币3.29。自2022年8月担任首席执行官以来，杨建新累计购买合共1035.9万股公司股份。进行该股份购买后，杨建新持有合共相当于公司于本公告日期的已发行股本总额约5.46%的股份。
