3月31日，招商南油（601975）发布公告，控股股东长航集团增持计划完成，期间通过集中竞价方式合计增持公司股份8259万股，占总股本的1.72%，增持金额为2.59亿元。
此次于增持变动，不涉及要约收购，上市公司控股股东、实际控制人未发生变化。
2024年，招商南油实现收入64.75亿元，归母净利润19.21亿元。
