1月27日，*ST人乐(002336.SZ)发布公告称，公司预计2024年归属于上市公司股东的净利润4.1亿元至4.6亿元，同比扭亏为盈。
公告称，报告期内，公司完成出售持有的西安人人乐商品配销有限公司、西安高隆盛商业营运管理有限公司、天津市人人乐商品配销有限公司100%股权，共计取得投资收益约 3.50 亿元。
