国家知识产权局副局长胡文辉1月15日在国新办新闻发布会上表示，截至2024年底，我国国内发明专利有效量达到475.6万件，成为世界上首个突破400万件的国家。我国每万人口高价值发明专利拥有量达到14件，提前完成国家“十四五”的规划预期目标。
