1月15日，香港法院将中国恒大集团旗下天基地产有限公司（Tianji Holding Ltd.）清盘呈请的听证会延期至3月12日。中国恒大集团清算人Edward Middleton 和 Alvarez & Marsal Asia Ltd. 的 Tiffany Wong 于去年11月对天基地产提出清盘申请。（彭博）
