12月19日晚间，安徽富煌钢构股份有限公司（富煌钢构，002743.SZ）公告，公司拟通过发行股份及支付现金的方式向富煌建设、孟君、吕盼稂、富煌众发等17名交易对方购买其合计持有的合肥中科君达视界技术股份有限公司100.00%股份，并向不超过35名特定投资者募集配套资金。本次交易不会导致上市公司控制权变更，且不会导致公司主营业务发生根本变化。公司股票将于2024年12月20日开市起复牌。
