位于杏花岭区中涧河镇的小返河综合治理工程不仅是全省“一泓清水入黄河”项目之一，也是2024年省级重点工程。该项目于2023年11月1日正式开工，经过一年多的加紧建设，目前，主体工程已经进入尾声。
