智通财经APP讯，宏景科技(301396.SZ)公告，公司与X公司遵循平等、自愿、公平和诚实信用的原则，经友好协商，于近日签署了《智算项目服务合同》，由公司按照甲方要求向甲方提供硬件资源设备、组网配套服务及对服务器进行必要的改配服务，并提供算力服务。合同总金额为4.09亿元，合同期限为三年。
