为缓解美乐城周边交通拥堵情况，按照市政府统一安排，美乐城周边将新增单行线设置。
从10月21日起，广泰街和柳鸣路部分路段机动车单向行驶，广泰街（原东柳西街，人民路-柳青路）由北向南行驶， 限行时间： 17:00-20：00 。
柳鸣路（原酒厂北路，广泰街-滏东大街）由东向西行驶，限行时间： 7:00-20：00 。
