财联社10月11日电，中国人民银行湖南省分行10月9日发布个人住房贷款最低首付款比例优化政策，自2024年9月30日起全省各市州对于贷款购买住房的居民家庭，商业性个人住房贷款不再区分首套、二套住房，最低首付款比例统一为不低于15%。
