观点网讯：9月24日，根据上海证券交易所信息披露显示，广发-元联-新建元商用物业资产支持专项计划的项目状态已更新为“已受理”。
观点新媒体获悉，上述债券的发行人为苏州新建元控股集团有限公司，拟发行的总额为人民币16.6亿元。债券品种为资产支持证券（ABS），承销商为广发资管。目前，该债券项目已获得上交所的更新反馈，受理日期为2024年8月29日。
