据央视新闻，当地时间12日获悉，因台风“玛莉亚”带来的暴雨强风引发灾害的风险增大，日本岩手县久慈市已于当天上午向全市15404户，31465名居民发布了第5级避难指示，也就是最高级别的避难指示。
据日本气象厅12日消息，今年第5号台风“玛莉亚”于当地时间8时30分（北京时间7时30分）左右在日本岩手县大船渡市附近登陆。
