据央视新闻消息，菲律宾海警8月1日表示，目前已开始手动回收搁浅货轮“米诺拉一号”上的燃油，以确保不会对附近居民造成不利影响。
7月23日，“米诺拉一号”货轮在巴丹省附近水域搁浅，菲律宾海岸警卫队于30日公布了这一消息。近期，已有三艘船只确认在巴丹省附近海域发生事故。（总台记者 黄铮铮）
