中证网讯（记者 陈露 见习记者 吴杨）11月30日，吉林银保监局行政处罚信息公开表显示，长春双阳吉银村镇银行因贷款三查不尽职，被罚款50万元。此外，同日公布的处罚信息公开表显示，许海明负责该行全面工作，对机构贷款三查不尽职负直接责任，被处以警告并罚款8万元。
