近日，美国消费品巨头宝洁公司（Procter & Gamble Co.）收购了美国护肤品牌 Farmacy Beauty（以下简称Farmacy) ，进一步加大对护肤领域的投入。本次交易条款没有披露。据业内消息人士估计，Farmacy 今年的净销售额将接近 8000 万美元。
Farmacy 由连续创业者 David Chung 创立于2015年，被称为“从农场到面部的护肤品牌”。目前该品牌在北美地区丝芙兰（Sephora）独家销售，畅销产品包括 Green Clean 洁面膏、Honeymoon Glow Serum 和 Filling Good 透明质酸精华。
