这些项目包括
乌兰木伦湖区音乐喷泉系统及设备的维护升级，
雨污管网性能的提升改造，
市政道路及部分路面的热再生维修升级，
公园和广场的环保砖更换，
路灯节能改造，
公厕维修新建等项目。
目前，部分区域市政设施提升改造工程已完工。
