5月16日，河北省邢台市生态环境局桥西区分局为辖区58辆非道路移动机械发放了“环保牌照”，成为邢台市发出的首批环保车牌，标志着邢台市非道路移动机械环境管理进入“有证”时代。“环保牌照”的发放，旨在有效降低非道路移动机械污染排放，进一步改善环境空气质量。 记者黄涛摄影报道
