5月20日，据台湾工商时报，三星电子的劳资谈判再度宣告破裂，明天起将举行大罢工。威刚董事长陈立白表示，倘若罢工时长拉长，或将进一步冲击全球DRAM与NAND Flash供货，推动行业价格上行。陈立白称，当前三大存储原厂2026年绝大部分产能早已提前订满售出，不少客户已经开始洽谈2027年及更长期的供货合约。
