在某医学院攻读硕士研究生、博士研究生期间，“90后”男子柴某竟套取科研经费1426万余元。
5月15日，记者从中国裁判文书网获悉，福建福州市中院近日公开该案二审裁定书，驳回柴某上诉，维持原判。此前一审中，柴某因犯诈骗罪，被判处有期徒刑8年。
