财联社5月15日电，液冷服务器概念异动拉升，大元泵业涨停，此前金富科技涨停，华升股份、精研科技、强瑞技术、博杰股份跟涨。消息面上，随着新一代芯片功耗飙升，液冷机在数据中心运营商中正愈发受到欢迎。Vertiv计划于2026年下半年发布800 VDC电力产品组合，以配合英伟达2027年上市Rubin Ultra平台。
