格隆汇5月14日丨齐心集团(002301.SZ)公布，2026年5月14日，公司收到齐心控股出具的《增持进展告知函》，齐心控股于2026年5月12日-2026年5月14日通过深圳证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价交易方式累计增持公司股份885.00万股，占公司目前总股本的1.23%，成交总金额为人民币6811.32万元（不含交易费用等）。本次期间内增持后，齐心控股及其一致行动人合计持有公司股份比例由38.31%增加至39.54%，权益变动再次触及1%整数倍。
