根据国家金融监督管理总局河北监管局在2026年5月13日发布的公告，对四名曾在银行机构任职人员违规发放贷款相关违法违规行为作出行政处罚。
经查，李宏伟、岳树林、田洪涛、王庆鑫均在2012年银行机构任职期间存在违规发放贷款行为。其中，李宏伟、王庆鑫被予以警告；岳树林、田洪涛拟被处以禁止终身从事银行业工作的行政处罚。
