5月13日，药康生物（688046）发布公告，公司董事会秘书兼财务总监王逸鸥因工作调整申请辞去财务总监职务，但仍继续担任董事会秘书。
公司于2026年5月12日召开董事会会议，聘任柳业昆为新任财务总监，任期至第二届董事会任期届满。
2026年一季度，药康生物实现收入2.08亿元，归母净利润4710万元。
