5月12日，朗威股份（301202）发布公告，公司近期根据税务部门要求，对涉税事项开展了风险自查。经自查，公司需补缴税款及滞纳金合计698万元，截至本公告披露日，公司已将上述税款及滞纳金全部缴纳完毕。
2026年一季度，朗威股份实现收入3.14亿元，归母净利润1769万元。
