5月11日，华润置地（01109）发布公告，现任核数师毕马威会计师事务所将于2026年6月9日的股东周年大会结束时退任，董事会决定不再续聘毕马威。为确保良好的企业管治和核数师的独立性，董事会及审计委员会经过审慎考虑，决定在毕马威退任后委任德勤•关黄陈方会计师行为新任核数师，该委任需待股东大会批准。
