5月8日，民丰特纸（600235）发布公告，公司挂牌转让南湖厂区不再使用设备等资产，本次拍卖在信息披露期满未征集到意向受让方。
根据股东会授权，公司将在首次挂牌价格1.05亿元的基础上下降10%，即9455万元，进行第二次公开挂牌出售。
2026年一季度，民丰特纸实现收入3.34亿元，归母净利润-122万元。
