4月8日，福莱特（601865/06865）发布公告，董事会提议在2026年度回购部分H股，回购股份上限为已发行H股总数的10%，任何回购日的回购价格不得高于最近五个交易日的平均收市价的105%。
2025年，福莱特实现收入155.67亿元，归母净利润9.81亿元。
