记者今天从民政部了解到，今年1月1日起，民政部、财政部在全国启动实施中度以上失能老年人养老服务消费补贴项目。截至目前，全国累计核销消费券332.8万张，核销金额23.5亿元，带动养老服务消费金额115亿元，超过105万失能老年人从项目中受益。
