3月20日，赛力斯（601127/09927）发布公告，公司将于2026年3月27日解除4742万股限售股的锁定并上市流通，该股数占公司总股本的2.72%。
本次限售股为公司因发行股份购买资产而产生的，涉及股东三名，具体为重庆产业投资母基金合伙企业（有限合伙）、重庆两江新区开发投资集团有限公司和重庆两江新区产业发展集团有限公司。
2025年前三季度，赛力斯实现收入1105.34亿元，归母净利润53.12亿元。
