据悉，Agustín Carstens和Luca Maestri获得提名，将于4月份举行的2026年年度股东大会上竞选瑞银集团及瑞银股份董事会成员。
William C. Dudley和Jeanette Wong将不再寻求连任。此前已宣布，副董事长Lukas Gähwiler将从董事会卸任。
此外，Markus Ronner已获提名竞选董事。根据公开资料整理，此次调整涉及四名董事会成员的更替。
