近日，长春市已成功获批国家有奖发票试点城市，将重磅启动“乐购长春・开票有喜”有奖发票活动，春节档期投放1亿元有奖发票资金，为消费添彩头。此次活动将在零售、餐饮、住宿、旅游等八大领域陆续开展。消费者单笔消费满100元及以上并取得正规有效发票，即可通过云闪付APP等平台参与抽奖活动，让大家通过消费赢彩头、添喜气、得实惠。
