格隆汇2月6日丨新华制药(000756.SZ)公布，公司于2024年12月9日与NovoSana（Europe）B.V.（挪亚圣诺（欧洲）公司）签订了《股权收购意向协议》(“意向协议”)，详情见2024年12月10日刊载于巨潮资讯网相关公告。基于双方没有达成一致意见，根据协议终止条款，意向协议终止，其所涉及的所有条款均终止履行。
