乌拉圭总统奥尔西2月1日至7日对中国进行国事访问。奥尔西一行4日抵沪访问，参观洋山深水港、上海博物馆等地。奥尔西在接受东方卫视记者现场采访时表示，中国的科技力量如同一棵大树，正在不断生长。
