2025年12月29日-2026年1月4日，北京市商品住宅成交846套，成交金额55.52亿元。其中，位于房山的中骏学仕台以171套、1.64万㎡、5.73亿元的成绩，成为全市新房网签周度套数、面积、金额“三冠王”。
据悉，中骏学仕台位于房山区良乡官道，良乡六中对面，地铁房山线良乡大学城西站南侧。此次热销项目为中骏云景台四期，共8栋8-11层471套房源，户型建面78㎡、89㎡、118㎡，前三期业主已基本入住。
