西典新能公告称，公司2025年12月29日召开董事会会议，同意在不改变募投项目实施主体等情况下，将“成都电池连接系统生产建设项目”达到预定可使用状态的日期由2025年第四季度延期至2026年第四季度。该项目延期主因是受外部客观环境、基础建设前置审批程序办理时间长等不可抗力因素影响，工程进度延后。本次延期不影响募集资金使用计划推进，不会对公司当前经营造成重大影响。
