11月17日，品高股份（688227）发布公告，本次股票上市流通的限售股数量为4896万股，占公司总股本的43.30%。此次限售股将于2025年11月20日上市流通，限售期为自公司首次公开发行股票上市之日起36个月。
此次上市流通的限售股由两名股东持有，其中北京市尚高企业管理有限公司持有4722万股，占公司总股本的41.77%；邹志锦持有173万股，占1.53%。
2025年前三季度，品高股份实现收入2.23亿元，归母净利润-3284万元。
