10月14日，金华市金东区实验中学改扩建项目批前公示。
项目位于金东区金瓯路以北、康济街以西，规划总用地面积63028.70㎡，建筑密度46.64%，容积率0.82，绿地率35.01%。
该项目用地性质为中小学用地，拟建建筑用途为教学楼、实验楼、报告厅及配套用房。
本期建筑占地面积24639.04㎡，地上建筑面积29638.04㎡(计容建筑面积29638.04㎡)，地下建筑面积3379.78㎡(不计容)(详见现场公示方案图)。
