9月16日，农尚环境（300536）发布公告，控股股东海南芯联微科技有限公司持有的1750万股将被司法拍卖。
这部分股票占海南芯联微所持股份的31.37%，占公司总股本的5.97%。由于拍卖程序尚未完成，公司暂无法判断控股股东及实际控制人是否发生变化。
2025年中期，农尚环境实现收入2794万元，归母净利润-1248万元。
